Mallorca - the golf paradise

Mallorca is a golfer's paradise. With 24 golf courses, 396 holes and a season that stretches throughout the year, Mallorca offers the best conditions for a golf holiday.

21 of the golf courses are 18-hole courses, the remaining three have 9 holes. A minimum handicap of 36 is required for most of these clubs.

Mallorca's golf courses are spread throughout the island, with Palma and the southwest having the highest density. Many of the courses are ideal for pedestrians and offer spectacular views. And each has its own special features. We present to you our 6 favourites and give tips on the right time to travel.

The best time to play golf

The golf courses are open all year round, but in July in August it is often so hot that only the real sun worshippers can still play.

The main time for golfing in Mallorca is from April to June as well as September and October. From November to March, the golf courses are less busy, but with a bit of luck, the sun will shine and create the perfect weather for playing golf.

During these months and in midsummer, when demand is not so high, there is usually nothing to stop a spontaneous game, and tee times do not necessarily have to be booked in advance. During the rest of the year, tee times should be booked in advance.
